By purchasing from ForeignnLash, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–7 business days, depending on your shipping address. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

ForeignnLash is not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control and such delays are not eligible for refunds.


Order Shipment Notifications

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please ensure that a valid email address and/or mobile number is entered at checkout. Failure to provide accurate contact information may result in missed shipment updates, which ForeignnLash is not responsible for.


In-Store Pick Up

Customers who select IN-STORE PICK UP at checkout must wait for a confirmation email indicating that their order is ready.

The confirmation email will include available pick-up times. Orders cannot be picked up until this notification has been received.


No Returns or Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
ForeignnLash does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products.
